This website is published by Southern Gardens Companies LLC, based in Mission, TX, and describes the design, construction, landscape and site services we offer across the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Site conditions, codes, permitting and soil vary from project to project and are addressed during the design and construction process.

Submitting an inquiry, estimate request or bid request through this site does not create a contract. Any pricing, scope, schedule or proposal we provide is preliminary until both parties sign a written agreement. Only that signed agreement — not this website — governs the work.

Bid due dates, plan sets and documents you upload are used to prepare a response and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Project photography, video, copy and design on this site are the work and property of Southern Gardens Companies LLC unless otherwise noted. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, download, reproduce or use our photography or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
